Prairie Pointe’s Best Features

By Realtor Reid Boles

The easiest way to describe Prairie Pointe is ‘Family friendly’. We have had a hand in building up this neighbourhood since the beginning, and it’s amazing to see the progress up to this point.

It is a safe walkable neighbourhood with wide streets, parks and green spaces all over with seven lakes. If you do not have the chance to live on the lakes, you are still able to fully enjoy the beauty of the neighbourhood by just walking around the countless trails built in to the area.

It is a safe and secure area for families, and the multi-family homes are sprinkled throughout to not make the streets seem unbalanced one way or the other. The attraction for many is that everything is brand new from the infrastructure to the streets to the parks, it still has that new area shine.

Another draw for people is the surrounding amenities, the Outlet Mall is less than 15 minutes away and between the two spots, you will find any store or restaurant that you are looking for.

With a young family, there comes many different things to take into account, how far from school or even multiple schools, public transport, and access to post-secondary education. This area has it all, close to schools, shopping and the University of Manitoba. Another advantage for those who travel or have a cabin is direct access to the Perimeter Highway which can cut down travel time considerably. And if you are like me and enjoying golfing, you can find multiple golf courses nearby.

We always have new land coming, and we are currently in the middle of selling the coveted centre portion of the neighbourhood with only two access points to get in and out. If you’re interested in this area, reach out quick as its selling out!
