Highland Pointe

Highland Pointe is very exciting new community developed by Ladco, currently under construction at McPhillips and the north perimeter.

Highland Pointe is a mixed-use 630 acre community offering single-family and multi-family homes, plus convenient commercial & mixed-use development. Most uniquely, it will be completely oriented around nature, with 55 acres of parks and walking paths, plus a wetland-inspired drainage system with ponds and interconnecting creeks that will be home to an abundance of wildlife.

Where is Highland Pointe?

Highland Pointe is conveniently located south of the perimeter, between McPhillips Street and Main Street, with the future Chief Peguis Trail to run along the south side of the community.

What kinds of homes are for sale in Highland Pointe?

The answer to this question will change on a regular basis as the neighbourhood matures as more and more homes get built. At the moment, you can buy a smaller home with a parking pad in the back lane in the low to mid $500k range, a large 4 bedroom 2-storey with attached garage in the mid to high $700k range, or a lakefront home, often with a walkout basement, in the high $800k to low $900k range.
